  As the days grow shorter and the holidays draw near, many face feelings of stress, sadness, and fatigue. Join us for an uplifting afternoon focused on finding light, peace, and balance through the season. Together, we’ll share tools for mental wellness, mindfulness, and renewal. Reminding ourselves that joy and resilience are within reach, even in the colder months.

  Guest Speaker: Rhonda Willingham with Sista Girl Greetings. Come for encouragement, connection, and hope because this season, we all deserve well-being. 

  We will exercise, eat, color and experience nourishment for your body and spirit. Bring your favorite coloring tools (crayons and coloring pencils) for an adult coloring experience.

  Bring your family and friends out to experience the magic of the untold story of the witches of Oz. All are welcome! Proceeds will benefit community programs hosted in Flint.
